Payments can be made through Jane App, a secure and encrypted billing platform. Interac e-transfer payments are also accepted. If a credit card payment is declined, you will be sent an Interac payment request by email or text. Payment is required within 12 hours of the request.
Please check that your insurance provider covers services from an RCC (Registered Clinical Counsellor) or CCC (Certified Canadian Counsellor). Receipts with my registration number will be emailed to you after your appointment.
If you have registered through Jane, your credit card will be charged at the time of the appointment.
Interac e-transfers must be made in advance of your session to secure your appointment.
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
I am committed to providing every client with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another client from being seen. Therefore, appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or “no show” appointments where the client does not show up for their scheduled session will be charged the full cost of the session.
Please note your completed consent and confidentiality form is required to proceed with your scheduled appointment.
If you are running late, please contact Camber by email or phone located on the contact page. He will do his best to give you the full hour, however your session will be shortened if there are other clients after you.
Many extended health benefit plans (e.g. Blue Cross, Sunlife, ManuLife, Great West Life, etc.) will reimburse you for the services of a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). Camber is certified as both an RCC and CCC. Please check your plan's details to see if you're covered by a registered or clinical counsellor.
If your plan covers you for counselling or psychotherapy services, you will pay Camber for the cost of the session in full, and then submit your receipt to your extended health care provider for reimbursement.
