For the past ten years I have had the honor and pleasure of helping people with a wide variety of mental health challenges and I have truly loved my work. I deeply care about each client that I accept into my practice, and I am determined to help each person find a path to an improved quality of life. My approach is down to earth and practical. I take an active role in the therapy process, and work collaboratively with you to help solve your problems.
The Blue Ridge Mountains were my first home away from home at age 18 when I began college to study Psychology at the University of North Carolina in Asheville. The name Blue Ridge Counselling pays respect to the healing power of nature and the place I began my journey with mental health.
